How much does Athletiks cost?+

Athletiks is free to use and always will be. There are no subscriptions or setup costs. If you sell tickets, you will see the applicable fees clearly when you configure the price.

What is the fee for paid registrations?+

The fee is €0.25 + 3.75% per paid registration, including Stripe processing. For a €20 ticket, that is €1.00. You can include the fee in the ticket price or add it to the price paid by the participant. See payment and fee details

Do I have to use AI?+

No. Create the event manually, start it with AI, or bring a manual draft into the AI conversation later.

Do I need Stripe configured before creating tickets?+

No. Prepare the event and paid tickets first. You will need to complete Stripe activation before accepting payments.

Can I create a private event?+

Yes. A private event is only visible to people with its link. You can also hide the attendee list and count.

Can someone register other adults or children?+

Yes, when you enable those options. You can allow self-registration, registration for other adults, and registration for children.
